If you use the PayPal link below (account creation is optional), you will reserve your place in the class.

To use your credit card instead of a PayPal account: Fill your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Locate the following line: "Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout." Click on "continue checkout" and enter your credit card information.

1. Which class are you registering for (Month and Date)
   
   
2. Full names of ALL boaters you are registering
   (include DOB for any participants under 17 years of age and specify who will accompany them). We will not assume responsibility for minors.
   
   
3. Street address with Zip Code (If different addresses within your
   group please indicate address for each participant)
   
   
4. Telephone number (If different phone numbers within your
   group, please indicate phone number for each participant)
   
   
5. E-mail address for each participant if available.
