Flotilla 42, Rochester, New York



This class meets New York State requirements to operate a personal watercraft and power boat.     Certification requires 8 hours of instruction followed by an exam.    Students receive their boating certificate and card upon successful completion of the exam.

   Start Date:   Monday, July 16, 2018
   2nd Date:   Wednesday, July 18, 2018
   3rd Date:   Monday, July 23, 2018
   End Date:   Wednesday, July 25, 2018

   Hours:  7:00 PM to 9:00 PM each evening
   Duration:  4 evenings, 2 hours each class

August Class
   Start Date:  Saturday, August 11, 2018
   End Date:  Saturday, August 18, 2018

   Hours:  9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
   Duration:  Two Saturday morning 4-hour classes

Seats will not be held unless payment is received prior to the class date. To guarantee seating, pre-register by following the "REGISTRATION" link to the left, or contact Jim Herbst to arrange for payment.

Space-available registration starts one-half hour before the first class begins. Seating is limited.

Note: persons 17 and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult taking the course or a legal guardian who is not taking the course.

Seating for the guardian will be provided without charge.
